Shipping rates will be provided at checkout, but do not include potential charges from customs. Your local government may also charge VAT and/or customs duties. Our shipping rate does not include import duties, customs and tax levied by your local government. Payment of these may be required to release your order on arrival. For some countries, this could take a significant amount of time.

In light of the current situation, packages are facing delays due to the greatly reduced number of international flights. We are working tirelessly to combat this problem. However, for package already shipped out, we hope that we can have your patience while the world works with this unprecedented situation.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
All orders are fulfilled within two business day of the order date, except pre-orders. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
For all countries except Hong Kong/China, we use FedEx International, ensuring your parcel will arrive within 3-7 days. The shipment is free of charge for you (on orders over $199USD or equivalent). Please be aware of the fact, that possible delivery delays may occur due to issues on the service provider site or customs checks.
There is no VAT shown on the invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot bear any costs related to value added tax, import duties and/or taxes in the respective destination country. For more information regarding the amount of the costs, we kindly recommend you to contact your local customs office.
*These delivery times are based on average estimates provided by the courier and we cannot guarantee delivery time. For international orders, delivery times will depend on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned by the post. Once your order has been dispatched, Uniquely Watches is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the your local courier to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.
